Trail to the Lower Falls. The trail from the campground to the lower falls is a very pleasant walk. I was there in early November, and all the fall colours were at their peak - in particular, the cottonwood trees. It had rained cats and dogs all night, so the morning was quite damp and cool, but I donned a layer of Goretex and set off at sunrise. It took me about two hours to get to the falls, but that included numerous stops to gawk at the scenery and take pictures.
First View of the Falls. This is the first view of the falls, through the trees. I think its actually one of the best views. I stayed there for over an hour just soaking up the scenery and taking a few photos. I had the entire place to myself.
Another View. Because of all the recent rain, I assume that the falls was more active than normal.
